1. I started lifting three years ago because I felt the overwhelming urge to get into shape. As in, I woke up one day and told my husband "We need to join the gym today." He got on board simply b/c he didn't want to waste money. A year later he was diagnosed with a soft tissue sarcoma and had to have his entire right glute…

When I lift I carry it so I can record what I'm doing. When I run I wear a StashBandz (got it of of Amazon) it's super thin, doesn't move, and has several pockets so I can carry my phone, keys, etc.

I did. I didn't initially and found that I was weak while working out. After looking at calories burned working out and pumping I realized I needed to eat a lot more. I started keeping up with it after that.

I was lurking on this post. Thanks for these suggestions! Amazon has some 90 degree reflex promotions today.

I enjoy hot yoga for the stretching benefits alone.

I lifted the entire time I was pregnant. I lowered my weight some (doctor asked me to) and I listened to my body. If I felt exhausted or overexerted I stopped. Super easy pregnancy, labor and delivery. Congratulations!!

I had a goal of a certain size. I didn't really care what the weight was. When I got down to my goal size and then within 3 weeks went down one more size I started maintenance. My BMI is in the healthy range and so is my weight.

Louisiana girl here. We still cook Creole foods but we make them healthier. Turkey sausage, brown rice or quinoa. We still definitely use the seasonings!

I'm not an expert so don't take this as gospel. Everything I've read about belly fat is diet. Of course, doing strength exercises like squats also help with core strength which works with a good diet. So in short, good diet, build core strength, and you should lose belly fat.

I exclusively pump too; I'm at month 10. It took me awhile to figure out the calories I needed to feel good, produce enough, and still lose weight. My magic number is 2000 calories. I also found a calculator that determines about how many calories you burn breastfeeding based off how much you pump, mine is between 500-700…

Nursing my almost 8 month old. I've lost 30 pounds in the last 4 months in addition to the 25 I gained during pregnancy! I eat and am hungry ALL the time.

I work out 6 days a week and breastfeed. I have to have between 1800-2000 to maintain supply, feel good, and have lost 30 lbs.

I think you can adjust your calorie goal in "Goals" section. I had to up mine to 2000 to keep my supply (eating between 1800 and 2000). I've lost 30 lbs in 3 months.

Feel free to add me. I believe mine's open.

I'm expecting baby #3 Aug. 23! I'm bigger than I started with my other two so currently I have set my calorie intake to "maintain weight" till the second trimester. I'm also using MFP to monitor the nutrients I'm eating. I'm still trying to work out 3 days a week but the nausea and fatigue are kicking my tail!
