You can set your targets I believe for those if you use custom targets. I am doing protein, carbs and fat grams (IIFYM type of deal).

One of my favorites is panko chicken fingers. Just cut up some chicken, or get the tenders, dip in egg white, then roll em in panko. Bake @ 350 for a few mins (I'll have to ask my wife the exact time). Throw some grilled asparagus on the side and goooood stuff. But beware the shockingly aromatic bathroom visit later.…

Just shoot for one day. Worry about tomorrow tomorrow. One good day. Keep it simple, calories in vs calories out. MyFitnessPal's app is great for that.
