I’m 5”4’ and my goal weight is 120. It’s not skinny. If you keep lifting it makes you strong! For me it’s more about losing the fat so I don’t feel softer . Same height and weight looks different on different ppl depending upon eating habits and workouts

Eggs, eggs and eggs. :) If very hungry, I just make an omelette. If I have 20 mins, then I make a batch of egg muffins - whip eggs, onions, zucchini/tomato and add to muffin trays. Thank me later ;)
