Right ok....when I diet down which I currently am once or twice a week I'll 'refeed' which basically means I'll eat up to my maintenance calories with mostly carbs. The reason for this is because when you're on low calories you're body slows down your metabolism so having a refeed let's your body know it's getting food and…
