*sarcasm* That's why you need to keep a snack with you at all times, to fend off that nasty starvation that creeps up on you! ;) */sarcasm* Anywho. It's probably (again) a cultural difference, since this is largely a US forum, but in Sweden there are several studies that have shown that this water-hype-trend have led to an…

Chicken Breast Avocado Eggs Tea Milk Raisin Salmon Feta cheese Mozzarella these are just a few of my staples in my kitchen. I make all kinds of foods, but I really enjoy wraps of different kinds, and salads. Also, I'm a don't-eat-so-much-but-snack-all-day kind of person sometimes, so I just don't have any "real meals" at…

@GiveMeCoffee - Sent you a PM and also explained why, happy to keep discussing it with you

Personal responsibility is very important, but there are a thousand other factors out there that most people are less aware of and also less resilient to. I recommend you look up a few books or classes on human psychology 101 because your view of how "commercials don't force us to do anything" is not only wrong but can…

@GiveMeCoffee - Just a, not so random, question: Do you really believe that society and how laws and culture looks plays no part in how we end up? Are you one of those few that refuse to believe that people are influenced by things such as commercials, peer pressure and other similar things? No hate, just wondering.

Ugh no, I don't go with haters. To be honest, I probably don't have the right feeling with Yolo or Swag, 'cause to me they're quite cute and sweet words, though the rest of the world doesn't agree because of 12-year old boys not knowing how to behave :p
-
Off topic: It's my go-to-phrase when describing the thing I tried to describe, also when I don't know what to name things. My network is currently called YoloSwag1337 'cause I was out of ideas, I also have so many document files on the computer just randomly named things like Rawr, YoloSwag and RawrYolo you wouldn't…

Will probably get a lot of hate for this, but this is what I've done to cover my bases: I've made personal foods for going out and eat, this is what I've made: Restaurant - Salad 400 kcal Restaurant - Fish/Chicken 500 kcal Restaurant - Meat 600 kcal Pizza - Margherita 1200 kcal Pizza - Orientale 1350 kcal Pizza - Greek…

To be honest, if you're blessed with a round and full face, rock that *kitten* like there's no tomorrow! I'm sure you look amazing

Beautiful hair!

I wish there was an up-vote button for this, I'd hit it twice! I'm rather new to the forum but have come across a lot of rude or just uncomfortable behaviour/posts/threads on these forums, and it does keep me from getting involved to the extend I'd want sometimes. Usually I just lurk around most threads and don't post…

So basically you pay $40 for having someone pat your back and tell you you've earned a point for drinking enough water and sleeping enough that night? I don't quite see the point if it. Personally I made something up myself called "The Game of Life" since I'm a gamer, and all it takes is an Excel spreadsheet, and I make up…

My god, what is wrong with these forums. It's more than functional to be on a cyclic VLCD (very low calorie diet) for a somewhat shorter period of time whilst trying to lose weight. It's common in many diets, including the very famous 5:2 diet which everyone was so amazed by a few years back. It's not neccesarily unhealthy…

Not sure if you're still following this thread, but I know what it's like to not be able to do a push-up. I can't really do them either, not even on my knees. What I do is the "box" push-up, where you're just standing on your knees and hands kind of in a box-shape on the floor and then just lower your arms/upper body down…

Very well done! You look great! It's amazing what just a little bit of effort/focus can do in giving great results! Keep at it, you're doing awesome!

I think the problem is that there's a very low chance of every banana being 20 calories more than logged. The very probable thing is that a banan is approximately 95-115 calories, so let's say you log everyone for 105 calories. Then you are most likely to eat +-0 calories too much over the long run from those bananas.…

I log on daily, I log my food and workout 99% of the days and I love chatting about food tips/workout routines and general accountability/support/friendliness! I need more friends who are active too, or at least that are chatty, it's quite empty in my inbox and I want to chat more! Feel free to add me if you want

I normally have my last 'treat'/evening snack (tea and a little biscuit or sweet) around 9-10pm, and I try to have breakfast somewhere between 9-10am, so that's 12-13 hours-ish. Works quite well for me.

I can recommend potatoes and veggies in the oven for dinner, it's light on the calories and is so filling 'cause you can eat quite a lot of it. Basically just chop up: Potatoes Carrots Parsnip Leek Rutabaga Onion Garlic On with some olive oil, salt, pepper and some spice to your liking if you wish. The recipe I've build…

Yeah, that's why I tried to explain how I felt about things personally, didn't seem to come across so well. I'm not the kind of person to enjoy working out really, though I try to do my best of it at least 3 times a week. But even just taking a 30 minute PW or a 60 minute slow walk is a chore for me, something I don't…

Are the calories you say to take in with the exercise loss included, or is it the MFP NET/NEAT approach where you'll eat back your exercise calories?

Cheerleader/Cool kid for sure! :p

No rest day at all? I'm definitely no expert, but from my own experience I know that I will almost certainly drop any programme that doesn't have any rest days. I'm the kind of person that really doesn't enjoy working out a whole lot (not yet at least), and I really need that one day of not having to do anything to just…

I'm not really pissed off at all, merely think that people with medical conditions should see a doctor and not an online forum. I doubt that's outside of average opinion

This is what I did: Margherita (from local pizzeria): 1200 kcal/pizza Greek Pizza (from local pizzeria): 1500 kcal/pizza and then I simply average it out. From the 100+ pages* I checked for calories in pizza they all said somewhere between 800-1500, so I took the two pizzas I eat and added them as somewhere in the high end…
