oh nice i think it sounds great w/ the boar and onions. do you cook professionally, or just like it?

Just a hobby, self taught. No blog yet, it's been on my to do list for a while.

Yeah, I thought the kimchi would compliment the dish and I liked the finished product

Breakfast was a splurge. Belgium waffle, eggs and bacon.

I had to run over to the UPS store tonight to mail a package, which is nextdoor to the Chinese restaurant, so when in Rome...we had beef fried rice, sweet and sour chicken and broccoli with beef.

Scrambled egg "muffins" (added mushrooms, onion, asparagus, brocolli, chicken (leftover from Chinese food last night), red bell pepper, milk, pecorino cheese, garlic salt and black pepper); cucumber, cherry tomotates, and sprouted grain english muffin with peanut butter.

Sandwich on lightly toasted Alvarado Street bread with cajun turkey, mixed sprouts, mixed greens, tomato, mushroom, swiss cheese and mustard; cottage cheese w/pineapple; and a couple kiwi.

    CauliPizza with Turkey Pepperoni topping
K, am I the only one who noticed the calorie free dressing? :|:\

Greek salad with mushrooms, and GF toast with eggies! (Don't mind my LEGO advent calendar behind it, huge kid at heart).

Picked up a quick stir fry for dinner on Saturday.

I was actually going to make a comment about cauliflower pizza plus Walden Farms dressing = a plate full of sad... but I am sure there are plenty of people who would not enjoy or agree with the food I eat so...

Finally have something worth posting but I didn't cook it. Oh well. It's a risotto with monkfish and roasted peppers and artichoke in some kind of lemon butter sauce. And I think it was garnished with clovers?

I actually enjoy cauliflower pizza (and regular pizza), but I'd have to skip the Walden Farms dressing.
