Whatever you do, you need to be plugged in to a community of like minded people. I don't think this online community is a full replacement for a local group of people you can meet face to face. Join the YMCA, join a group fitness club, something.

I'm no expert, but I'd suggest that your level of effort be in line with your goals. Adding resistance with weights is a plus. I use 20lb dumbbells during my 60 minute workout, but not on every exercise...depends which exercise, ex: jumping jacks I usually do without weights. Isn't there a general rule of thumb to get at…
