is enough? I am starting fresh today. I plan on working out (walking only) 20 minutes
a day. I may do some exercises with 5# weights also (arms) Will I get any benefit from this?
I see lots of you do quite of bit of exercise.
I do plan on eating healthy (eliminating junk, soda, etc)

Good question. Start with what you can so 20 minutes is fine. Exercise is better than none.0

I'm no expert, but I'd suggest that your level of effort be in line with your goals. Adding resistance with weights is a plus. I use 20lb dumbbells during my 60 minute workout, but not on every exercise...depends which exercise, ex: jumping jacks I usually do without weights. Isn't there a general rule of thumb to get at least 30 minutes a day? Also, you should be drinking half your body weight in ounces of water.0
