Hello community. I've been increasing my nutrition, diet, and activity over the past 18 months. I get about 60 minutes of outdoor group fitness 5 days a week for 4 weeks in a row, then an off week. I have the uphill battle of trying to tone up the chest and abs. Time to clench down on the diet and effort for the next X months. I started sending photos to my trainer of every thing that I eat. I'm 5'9'' 187 lbs.

I wasn't really asking a question, just saying hello. I'm about 20% body fat.

20% bf is a great place to start a bulk (eating at surplus to build muscle) using a progressive resistance programme (I like heavy weights but there are other ways).

But if you're happy with what you're doing, that's good too :) oh, and hi!
