I can totally relate! I'm making a commitment to leave my office by a certain time on workout days so I can take care of me and get home in time to make a healthy dinner. Just sent a friend request. :smile:

Congrats on finishing week four! I also used to run regularly (quite a few years ago) and also want to work up to running three to four hours a week. That used to be my regular cardio. Keep up the good work!

Just thought I'd resurrect this thread rather than start a new one. Is anyone doing Couch to 5k? I'm starting week two and would like to find friends who are starting up with running or who are currently running so we can celebrate and encourage each other.

Just finished W2 D1! It was hot out, but I was still able to improve my distance. Feeling really happy with my progress so far! I used to run five or six years ago, and I miss it.
