  • I just mix it with cashew milk first, then equal parts of that mix to oatmeal plus whatever you like in your oatmeal. If I add fruit I add it right before serving.

  • Upgraded to a fenix 5s plus Was a great deal. Only 50 bucks more than a FR245M/645M which were both the same price. Was concerned about size, I have tiny wrists, but it fits and feels fantastic so far. Never liked the old vivoactive HR for the fit and poor comfort. Looking forward to taking it for its first run!

  • I used to work nights all the time. I set my meals into time slots. Midnight to 0600, 0600 to 1100 etc. My day was midnight to midnight just like any other day. It really doesnt matter what you eat when. Just the calories in your day.
