How do you do it on 1200 calories?
MFP has me on 1200 calories. Even changing my goals doesn't increase them. I have at least 50 lbs to lose. Garmin's help please?
My Garmin was connected with MFP, at least excercise info and steps was being logged until yesterday. It wasn't picking up my calories from MFP but now on the garmin connect site it is saying it is connected, but on the MFP site it says it isn't. Anyone else have this problem or know how to fix it?

Substitutions for apple sauce
I found a muffin recipe that looks oh so good, but it takes apple sauce. I have one daughter who is allergic to apples. A banana won't work because I can't eat bananas.
