Okay I just went to working nights. My day starts at 4 PM and ends at 7 AM the next day. This is screwing up my daily goals when logging my meals. I get up to add my breakfast at 5 and it still has my lunch I had at 2 AM. How can I set it to my daily schedule?

I’ve never worked nights, but one person on MFP who did suggested instead of naming your meals breakfast, lunch, dinner, you label them 4-8 pm, 8-12 pm, 12 pm-4 am. Etc. Would that work?4

I just remembered. There is a thread called “the official nightshift thread” . Do a search for it. Those people should be a big help to you in ways we can’t. @stephenjneal141

I used to work nights all the time. I set my meals into time slots. Midnight to 0600, 0600 to 1100 etc.
My day was midnight to midnight just like any other day.
It really doesnt matter what you eat when. Just the calories in your day.0
