I use the iFit app for my exercise bike. Im not sure how it is on a treadmill. But are you able to search for a workout and filter the search? On the app you can pick intensity and duration and also sort your results from easiest to hardest.

Double day for me today. Cardio and Lower Focus. Alpha Week 1 Day 5. I started on a Tuesday lol. It's already getting hot here today. No a/c either. I need to stick with it today though.

I'm 5'1" and my goal weight is about 120. Maybe 115.

I have the same heart rate monitor and I've adjusted mine. I'm 5'1 and about 152lbs and it set my max heart rate around 170 something i think. I changed it to high 180s. I can't remember what exactly but my heart rate never goes over 181 and it only reaches that once or twice during my work out. Average is about 165-175.

I have a higher calorie day or spread it out through the weekend. But I just eat whatever I want throughout the week and just fit it into my calorie budget.

Thanks everyone! I used the calculator at shapesense.com and got 478 for net calories burned. So to be on the safe side, I guess I'll say I'm burning about 450-500 with my workout. It still seems so high to me. I just can't believe it lol. Thanks again guys!
