    Danielle, I was wondering the same thing :). Probably just finding our original post & editing it each week would be easiest, at least for me. But I guess I'll wait & see what other people do. Best of luck to you!! This is a great place to get all the support & motivation you need!! :)

    May we get better every week but if not try try again scaling back alabama starts jan 19th this gives me a head start

    Would like to join a little late. Starting this year up 16 lbs and 3.5 inches larger in my stomach alone! Slow start to exercising after a car accident last week. Just bruised ribs so hoping for quick recovery.

    Struggles or successes of your week: In this second half of winter break, I have realize how terribly I eat when I have nothing to do. During the school year (I am a grad student) I usually don't have time to eat or just eat enough to keep me going. On break, I have so much free time, I spend so much time in bed, and I eat whenever I want. It's led me to gain 8 lbs, so for at least two weeks I'll be struggling to get back to where I was. I also noticed that not biking to campus and back every day has a HUGE impact on my weight..
