    Hi, I've been off the wagon for a while. This is the first time I'm posting on MFP. I'm tired of yoyo'ing up and down and ready to lose this weight for good.

    Hi there. I see that your goal weight for this month is 41lbs less than you weight today. I think you should aim for a lower loss, since hardly anybody can lose more than 20lbs per month (most weight loss programs tops at 2lbs/week). Since, by the looks of your profile, you're just starting losing weight, I think you should settle for 10lbs this month, tops. I don't mean to be a downer, but if you aim too high, you might get frustrated more easily and abandon the program as a result.

    This is my update for the January Challenge. I thought that I could edit my original post, but I haven't figured that out yet. If someone could tell me how to edit my post or if it is possible.     You can only edit for an hour after you post. You can either make a new one each week, or find the old one and quote yourself in a new post.
