  • I am a fan of Muscle Milk, It's essentially cheap at WalMart or online, it helps keep me feeling full between meals, or just as a breakfast replacement in a pinch. Doesn't taste half bad either.
  • It's definitely a starch reaction, I don't get it when I cook barley on the stovetop. Have you tried soaking the barley, then rinsing?
  • Only one shout out to the Greek Gods Yogurt? The Honey Vanilla and the Salted Caramel taste like dessert they are so good without that syrupy sugar-bombed taste everyone keeps bringing up. Also the plain or non-fat plain makes a great replacement in mayo-based dressings and dips.
