Being able to wear a size 2/4 while weighing almost 130 (i'm 5'2 ) so this is a NSV for me :)

On more 3 or 4 occasions my husband has caught me at 3 in the am, sitting in the middle of my kitchen floor, lights out halfway though a pint of BenNjerrys..... FishFood ;-(

If i would stop making 3 am trips to my freezer, i'd be a lot closer :)

I do heavy weighted hip thrusts, glute brudges, cable pull throughs, reverse lunges, walking lunges, cable kick backs, donkey cable kick backs and DL's. I also like incorporating resistant bands. In less then 10 weeks my husband and I both could see a huge difference with my bum from Hip Thrusts alone:)

The principals son and I broker into the guidance office stole the report card printer paper and made fake report cards and sold them to other students with bad grades...We were in after school detention for weeks

I tried the Thrive patch, Shake (which didn't have much protein) and the vitamins... In one month I could honestly Not tell a difference. I tried it because it was free so I would never buy it after my experience.

It also depends on type of leg press your gym has, our Leg press comes standard with 118bs before adding any weight. So with that said I leg press 3-4 sets of 12 @ 388lbs comfortably after I squat, lunge and DL.

MFP forums for people getting upset are almost as bad as No excuse Mom's... People will always have something to be upset over.

I do agree that 10:30 is late, but I wonder if maybe the daughter has some self esteem issues and requested to go later??? I could be totally off on that though.

I think it's awesome that she brought her to workout with her. I bring my daughter to workout with me as well and she is 2months shy of 13. She hates working out or being active in general and would much rather be on electronics, but If she wants to do her "thing" then she has to be active.
