Everyday soon as I am up and have been to the toilet. Its best to do it the same time of day each day or week for consistency, some people weighing daily it will mess with their head too much...so you do have to accept that its just a number and be more focused on keep a eye on the trend

I like trutein chocolate peanut butter or the banana one...or what I have been having lately is quest peanut butter....I really like the consistency of this one, I can have it mixed with just water and it is nice I find most I cannot drink with just water....mostly tho I mix it into my oats in the morning...I like quests…

It is a guide. If I do a crapload of exercise on one day "if everyday were like today you'd weigh..." is going to be a lot lower then my sundays where I laze around watching netflix like a sloth LOL...no two days are going to be exactly the same.

Its not available for me yet (I am in australia) but I will get it, I calorie cycle so being able to set different daily calorie goals would make it worth it for me.

I agree about greek yoghurt....I add flavoured protein powder to mine which gives me 39 grams of protein for 393 calories, you could lower the calories by using low fat greek yoghurt...I personally use the full fat one. I have mine with peanut butter, half a banana and 15 grams of sultanas...keeps me full. And yes I eat plain rolled oats....not the quick cooking ones or flavoured ones

I lost most of my weight calorie cycling. You will find a lot of people saying it does nothing....but i find it works really well....i try to structure my higher calorie days to my heavier workout days....i also find mentally it helps....its always a good day when i wake knowing i have a few more calories :smiley:

I weigh daily with wednesday mornings being official weigh day. weigh yourself first thing in the morning following a visit to the toilet

Any medications you took in that time can affect liver results. I have fatty liver and any time I am sick my liver results jump. I was in hospital just before xmas for asthma and on the saturday night (when i was the sickest) they were hugely high....but by the monday morning they had dropped.

Im the same as the others, look for it in the list going for the highest value.If you are eating out once a week or once a fortnight if you are slightly off it wont be a major issue, but if you are eating out numerous times per week is where it will become more of a issue.

Yes I was gonna suggest gastric banding via hypno. No idea on the success rate tho, i do have a friend who gets plain old hypnotherapy and she has had a lot of success

The muscle will simply show more as you lose fat, your aim while losing weight is to maintain your lean mass.
