I have 2nd level track and Field coaching clinic at the end of the month, I want to feel like I belong when I go, have the endurance…

Hi everyone, my name is Stefanie I am 40 soon to be 41. I am very active, I play competitive volleyball, and run and coach Track and Field. I also lift weights and like to jog when I can. That being said I cannot lose weight. I think it comes down to diet maybe, I am tracking my foods and going by the 1340 calories per day…

Curious - would anyone be willing to share their height and weight and what they are striving for, for optimum weight. I am 5'8 and 205.6 lbs. I am striving for 175lbs.

Well with my weigh in I was only down a pound, discouraging since I have been so physically active. I am starting to think, as I look at my goal chart, I will never see onederland, my body hovers between 204 and 211.

Feeling good! Weigh in I am down 3.9lbs. I hope the feeling good keeps coming.

Well it has been almost a week off meds and I feel way better. My energy has returned and I am wanting to get out and exercise. February was a gong show, a very depressing and miserable month for me and major weight gain. I am happy to feel like me a little bit more each day and hopefully stave off any ill effects from…

I ran in February here and their but not keeping track. I have started March out as fresh and hoping to clock 60k, as my race is coming up next month and I need to get my training in.

I have gained weight after doing so well. Last Wednesday I became overwhelmed with everything and turned to fast food for dinners for a few days then it skyrocketed in a downward spiral. So many things in life were making me feel I could not escape from old habits. I feel awful, my husband feels awful and my daughter had…

Well now that I have access to the computer I can mark of my miles. My goals for mile tracking for 2015 is centered around the vivofit I received for Christmas. In Canada we go by kilometers so my numbers may seem weird as I am converting them to miles. My goal is to walk at least 5K/3.16m according to my vivofit step…

Well this week I stepped it up in being diligent with food and starting my exercise routine, finally over the flu, and I gained weight. Boo. I think it is water weight, or possibly bowel weight. However it is still frustrating. Here is to a better week next week.
-
I have kilometers to add to the spreadsheet but I am unable to from my phone. Aa soon as I am near a computer I will add in my kilometers.
