My sleep schedule has varied way too much recently. Anywhere from 4-9 hours. But I notice how hard it is to motivate myself to exercise when I get less than 6 hours. And I definitely do try to increase my sleep when I work out more, or when my body is under any form of additional stress. A good night's sleep always helps…

When presented with a warm chocolate chip cookie, I only ate half! Also did leg exercises intermittently while watching a movie.

I'll sometimes take whatever I want to eat, split it in half, and see if that's good enough for a while. Sometimes i go back &eat the other half anyway. Got up to an average 12 mph last summer, am hoping to get up to 15 on average this year!! That sounds crazy to me, but when I started last year I was way out of shape & I came a long way. This year I'm out of shape again, but not nearly as bad, &I'm already back up to 10mph. I know I can do it!

Went for a 9mile bike ride today! fantastic ride for me, pulled over 10 mile/hr, sun was shining. First ride in a couple weeks!
