Spark is way too expensive. Try Amino Energy by optimum nutrition. It's half the cost of spark per serving. I nursed my daughter until she self weaned at 20 months. Great job! Oh, and I drank spark religiously before I found Amino Energy.

For me, yes. I have the one. I've had it for a week, and I've found myself wanting to go "all green". That makes me get up and move my bum, but before, I'd just sit and eat. As long as I ate within my calories, no harm no foul. At least that's what it used to be! Love it!

27yo Female 5'7" Current weight: 244lbs Goal weight: 180lbs is my first goal, then I'll reassess my goals when I get there!

I have 65lbs to lose, and my doctor said 1-2lbs is healthy. No more than that. That's what I was meaning. More than 2lbs a week isn't very realistic long term.

2lbs a week is healthy and you are less likely to relapse. Losing weight too rapidly can also lead to too much saggy skin, and that's a whole other problem.

I'm getting the Fitbit One, the wrist ones are nowhere near as accurate as they should be.
