Losing weight after bariatric surgery

I am new here. I had weight loss surgery in June. i have lost 30 lbs. My weight loss has slowed in the past 2wks and need help in reving it back up. I'm not able to eat full meals yet but have progressed from 1 oz of protien to 2 plus veggies. I walk to the train station daily (20 min walk). Any other suggestions.
