  • I've found out that rewarding good eating habbits with bad food doesn't work for me, so I am trying a different approach: When I decided to make a change I got an awesome juicer After exercising at home for two weeks strait I got a bike resistance trainer When I (finally) got gym membership I also got a supper pretty…
  • I had issues with my right knee for some years and I finally went to a doctor for it - highly recommended! He advised me on what supplements to take for it and what type of exercises to do. Ater that at the gym I asked the staff what to do and they also gave me some good advise. I hope everything turns out to be fine with…
  • Hi :) 23 years old here, trying to lose 30kg. I am also mainly exercising at home for the time being. Feel free to add me :)
  • Thnks a lot for the reply :) I am, actually, eating pretty much everything - a lot of fruits and veggies, meat or fish every day, nuts, bread, etc. I've been on far worse diets and I got to know my body, I know how much I need and I know when to stop. As soon as I feel like I'm not getting enough, I will surely start…
  • I'm 167 cm, 85.7 kg as of this morning, my goal is to get to 57-60 kg. I don't feel starving or even hungry as I eat 3-4 times a day and I don't really think I am going aggressive. On the contrary - I feel very good :)
  • I am on 1200, I usually have between 1000 and 1100 in food and I don't eat back my exercise calories. And I feel great. In my opinion, you should listen to your body. If you feel hungry, tired, sick, etc. then something is not right. But if you feel good, keep going. Good luck :)
  • Congrats, quitting is great :) I quit an year and a half ago and it was one of the best things I've done :) Initially I probably started as I wanted to fit in (I was 17, don't judge me :D) I had a hard time for the first month or two after quitting, but then I didn't feel like lighting up anymore. I'm surely not in a safe…
  • I m using the workout trainer by Skimble (https://www.skimble.com) and it is saving my life. There is an app for both Android and iOS with tons of workouts and you get to pick the duration, difficulty, equipment and all. It' awesome :)
  • I'm right there myself, going bak to the gym on Monday. I used to go a few times a week, but only did cardio exercises as I was very insecure about using the other machines. Finaly I gave up and stoped going. This time I'm signing up with a personal trainer for at leat two months. I believe it will be nice if someone…
  • I usually work a week of day shifts (9 to 6) followed by a week of either 16 to 1 or 18 to 2, and in the meantime I am a full time college student. I only sleep for 5-6 hours on average and I used to drink 5-6 cups of coffee a day.. I am now down to 1 in the morning and, if I really need it, 1 in the evening. I try to go…
  • I tried givig up sugar but I then I just felt more craving for it. Now I have sugar in my coffee plus the ocasional piece of chocolate or something like that. It should be OK, as long as you fit it in your overal calories goal. Most importantly, don't feel guilty when you eat something you like. You are doing this for…
  • I am with you on that one... I was on the pill for about a year and I gained around 20kg (45lbs). Now, I don't blame the pill completely, probably I have just lost control at some point, but it deffinitely didn't help. I decided that it's not worth it and stopped taking it, now I have to deal with the consequences of it...
  • Hey everybody :) Almost 24 here, trying to loose 70lbs. Good luck to everyone and feel free to add me :)
  • My pretty boy Bat (my boyfriend picked the name...) at 3 months And him again at 2 years
  • I was a chocolate addict as well, but I found out that I just don't have the craving anymore. I guess that it just came naturally as I started focussing more on eating better :) I still have the occasional piece or two, but the main goal is to feel happy, right? :)
  • My moment was when I tried to fit into a dress that I wore no more than an year ago and I coud not zip it up. It then hit me that I have become too comfortable with my bad habbits and that it's time for a change. I am 23 and it seems like most of the girls around me look perfect without even trying. I know that this isn't…
  • Feel free to add me to, I appreciate the suport and motivation :)
  • I'm in, too, with 70lb to go. I got my motivation last summer - I travelled a ot but I am in only 5 or 6 pics as I hate seeing myself the way I am now. Trying to feel good and confident again an I can use all the support I can get. Good luck, everybody :)
  • I feel ya... What works best for me is setting small goals - log my meals, work out every day, even if it's only for 30 mins at home. Also, I feel much more motivate since I got more friends on here, I no longer feel like I am alone in this and that really helps me. Good luck and remember that you are doing this for…
