I feel your pain! I went through the same thing in the first week. I believe that it was the increase in fat and decrease in carbs.

I'm in! Sounds like a solid goal!

Congrats! All your hard work has paid off! What an inspiration!

I've been eating dill pickle chips everyday and they seem to help. And lots of water!

Thank you anglyn1! I've been trying to add salt to most everything. Makes since that the increased fat intake could cause diarrhea. I've been trying to drink a ton of water to compensate for the fluid loss.

Hey there! My goals are about the same as yours! CW 174 Goal: 125 5'5" I really let myself go during nursing school and gained forty pounds in a little over two years from inactivity. I'm working 12 hour shifts now in the ER. Finally used to the schedule and ready to start getting healthy and fit again! Add me!

Add me please! I need motivation and support! Thanks!

Sign me up! I need some extra motivation! :-P I'm looking to lose about fifty pound by September. Ten at a time.

This is exactly how I am setting my goals this time around! Ten pounds at a time sounds so much better than "I want to lose sixty pounds". I'm also looking forward to celebrating each ten pound loss with a new shirt or pair of jeans!

Stevia in the raw. It adds just enough sweetness to my coffee in the morning. I'm addicted to French vanilla creamer as well.... but I add way more then the serving size so I've had to give it up. You will be amazed by how fast you learn to like the Stevia! ;-)

Bump!! Very good advice.

What an excellent job you have done in the last year! What helped you the most? Any suggestions?

Green Smoothie!

The Pita Pit Rocks! Just make it a small whole wheat pita. They have all the calories on the menu and the coke machine is awesome because it offers flavored sparking water. Yum

Well... I'm 5'5" and 162 right now. I would like to get down to 128 because that is how much I weighted when I got married 7 years ago. I was fit and happy with my weight back then. Now I just feel like I'm 7 months prego! Good luck to everyone with reaching their "happy weight"!

WOW! That is awesome!!! Any tips for a newbe?

Great job! You should be very proud of yourself! Love the purple highlights! You must be a very fun person... it shows!

Might I suggest trying a carbonated flavored water drink like "sparkling ice"? I used to drink several diet cokes a day and this was the only thing that helped me stop. Coke isn't bad for everyone... but it isn't great for everyone to consume either. I feel better without the aspartame in my diet! The ice drinks contain…

Yoga is fun... but if you want to lose the baby weight Pilates is really the thing to look into! It's great for the midsection because you do tons of reps of abs. Awesome workout! Yoga is great for balance and relaxation. It's always fun to do a yoga/pilates style workout. Try getting a couple of dvd's from the library and…

Hi Monsoonseason! I know all about dealing with depression and anxiety. Prior service in the military with a tour to iraq in 2004 caused some ptsd issues. These things take time. Feel free to add me! I'm trying to lose 40 pounds and need some motivation too. I'm sure we can both start feeling better with some healthy…

Count me in as well! I don't know how to friend request so please add me! I have over 40 pounds to lose. I'm starting nursing school at the age of 35 this June and I need to be in shape! Would live to share tips on dieting and motivation. Thanks!

I've been trying to decrease my diet pop intake as well. I've found that drinking a flavored sparkling water drink like "ice" helps with the cravings. There are tons of different flavors. Sam's club always stocks them. Hope that helps!

I just got this app today. I'm 35, going back to college and have a 6 year old son. Just got a nutrabullet last week and loving the green smoothies! I have the same issues with trying to get my 6 year old to eat healthy! They just go through phases. I'm trying to lose 40 pounds and every bit of motivation and support would…
