It is definitely not healthy...I did it and lost 1lb per day, after 30 days it was a quick 30lbs but I swear that stuff makes you fertile because 2 weeks after I finished I got pregnant, as well as a couple friends. It is definitely not worth the pain of 500 calories/day. Here I am, eating 1600-2000 calories per day and…

AWESOME!!!! Nothing like sticking to it to see results!

LOVE THIS!!!! Anything like this for Gamma
-
Of course :) After my 2nd child (9months post partum) I slowly began to gain weight again. My pre pregnancy weight was 230lbs (I had just lost 30lbs on HCG which I DO NOT recommend) My pregnancy weight hit 270lbs and I have high blood pressure, which runs in my family. Both my parents are morbidly obese and I have had…

T25 is AMAZING! I just finished Beta round today and It is working! I have a 9 month old baby and really let myself go. Starting weight 266lbs, down 23lbs and 16" or so. Started December 27th. I do everything modified, there is NO WAY I am doing all that jumping with these boobs! lol....Give it a go, if I can do it,…

Awesome, thanks!

Yes, understandable. I am wondering if anyone has had any personal experience with this. My doctor has ensured me that I am able to do anything at this point along in recovery.
-
T25, loved it!

I love love love T25. I am on week 10 and down 22lbs and 16". Starting weight:266lbs. Doing it at home with a 9 month old makes it so easy, and it is only 25 minutes so I have time to do that and shower during nap time :)
-
T25, I downloaded it for free, no coach, no accountability. I am on week 10, 23lbs lost and 16". It just depends on how bad you want it. I find the workout amazing :)

The biggest loser workouts are definitely not easy BUT if people who weigh 100lbs more than you can do it, then YOU WILL GET THERE
-
I have flat feet/over-pronation issues and my knees bothered me a lot. I went to physio for some exercises and got a good pair of shoes and insoles that support the arch.
-
I would start slow :) Go for a 45 minute walk a day, then go faster and faster. Then add in some low weights. One of the biggest loser workouts might work great for you. Youtube is your friend! There are tons of videos of workouts on there. You can do it! I started at 266lbs, 10 weeks in I am down 22.5lbs...if I can YOU…

I am on week 10 (done alpha, almost done beta) I started at 266lbs and have lost 22.5lbs in 10 weeks. Also, 16" overall. It is amazing! I love the program...it is HARD but stick to it and you will see results!
-
Thanks! It's been tough but I did it. Also, the entire time I have done the modified version (I am busty and there is no way I can jump that much) so it is still an amazing workout. I kind of felt defeated at the beginning, not being able to do the regular workout but modified rocks body results as well! All I can say, is…

I started at 266lbs and I am down 23.5lbs in just over 2 months. I am doing T25, it's a beachbody workout. I do it completely modified and I love that it is only 25 minutes. I think if my workout were an hour everyday I would lose motivation and give up. It's worked for me so far, maybe check it out
-
I have completed alpha and this is my last week of beta then heading to gamma. I have lost a total of 23.5lbs and I believe I am at 16" down overall. The results are amazing and it does work!!! Stick to it :)
-
Thanks everyone for the tips! I think I am going to do the 4 weeks of gamma and then hit up some insanity 30 :) I am 9 weeks in and have lost 23.5lbs!!
-
Hmmm I don't see one ...is it another full 5 weeks?
-
lol, YES!!! I have had 2 glasses in 53 days...such a sad sad state I am in! It's ok because the weight is coming off!
-
YES! starting weight 266lbs, on week 9, current weight 245. It is great for beginners. Just do the modified if you need to. You will feel like dying but keep going, it gets easier and thus you push yourself harder. Awesome workout! and amazing results for me personally.
-
Just do what you can :) Go for an hour walk a day, that'll work like a charm. Also, add in some weights. Gaining muscle increases your resting metabolic rate, cardio does not...Also, make sure you are wearing proper shoes. I started at 266lbs and I NEEDED better shoes. I have lost 18lbs in 51 days, YOU CAN DO THIS!!!!
-
AWEsome!!!!!

That is the numbers I go by :)
