yes i have terrible cravings as well. I notice them a few days before it happens. I tend to eat any and everything which really sucks. I am 5 ft 7 and weight roughly 151 pounds. If you burn atleast 350 cals at your weight when giving it your all, then since Im heavier I should burn a bit more right? I wouldnt go over the 500 cal mark, but I give it my all during her workouts.

Wow that's pretty cool. Last night I did her body revolution work out 12 for 36 minutes, and then I did her killer abs right after for 32 minutes. Thats a total of 68 minutes. Wow all this stuff about maintaining has me wondering whether I should maintain at my current 149.6 pounds. My start weight was 210 pounds. Everytime I go to the bathroom which is often since I drink a lot of water, I do about 20-30 squats in my heels. I sink my butt low down, and I feel the burn :)

have an apple with some peanut butter. It tastes really good, and the protein from the peanut butter keeps you fuller longer. I also have some soda bix crackers with about two slices of turkey pastrami or any fruit eg. banana, frozen berries, yogurt, tea also helps fight hunger pangs before dinner. All the best!

I use to be the exact same way until after I got married. I could not get nothing in my stomach until after 10 or 11 in the morning. And lunch around 3. woohoooo!!!! Yes we can!!! Weekends are always the times when you feel like splurging and eating what you feel like. For me personally if I want it I have just a tiny bit, and fit it into my calorie goal :).
