  • Awesome job my dear!!!! Keep pushing for your goals. You are a true inspiration!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have about 15-20 pounds to lose which will bring my total weight loss to about 60 pounds. This is just the push I need! Thank you so much!!!!!
  • i had an entire cheesy bread with marinara sauce and also a huge piece of fried churches chicken....boy was my stomach stuffed and I had alot of hiccups probably because of the high fat content of the meal..
  • Just ensure that you are weighing/measuring your food. Also if you are new to working out your muscles can get sore and cause you to retain water. The retention of this water can accelerate weight gain. Also it can be close to the time of the month for your cycle or mother nature has decided to give you a bundle of joy…
  • im sorry i forgot to add that you can check it out on youtube. Just type it in the browser. The instructor's name is cassey ho and she is chinese/japanese (not sure which one lol)
  • This was recommended to me by my dear friend alisha who I consider as my sister :). Its called Bodacious back and sleek shoulders. This workout should help you with the results you are looking for. You can check out my arms in my profile pic if you have any doubts :)
  • This looks like an awesome thread!!!! So many things I can do now, that I could not do before yayyy me!!! I can do push ups, run/jog without getting out of breath, wear what I want without feeling self conscious of how it fits, exercising for two hours straight, and the list goes on. This was just to name a few.
  • I would believe that what they are wearing is a waist trainer/body shaper A waist trainer is something that can add some more definition to your waist line, when worn regularly. It also can help to slim the waist, and assist in giving the person wearing it a better posture.
  • Awesome thread guys!!!! Im enjoying the read. I face this same issue, and came accross some wonderful solutions!!! Thanks!!!
  • What can I say about fitness??? Oh how I love the feeling of being fit. It is a feeling where you feel so free, like you can be whatever you want to be. Espescially when you master that set of squats, pushups, pull ups, plank.....whatever it is you know for a fact that you never could have done it before without putting…
  • AWESOME THREAD!!! LOVED READING THE POSTS ON HERE!!!!
  • AAWWWWWWWWWWWWWW I LOVE THIS POST AND FORUM SO BAD!!! EVERYONE IS JUST AWESOME AND INSYNC!!! I JUST FOUND EXACTLY WHAT I WAS LOOKING FOR, BECAUSE ALL THOSE MYTHS OUT THERE, YOU JUST DEBUNKED THEM. THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR THAT! IM SHARING THIS ON MY WALL, TO HELP SOMEONE WHO IS STRUGGLING!!!
  • Great forum!!!! I really enjoyed reading all those awesome comments. My two cents is that I think of my workout as time to have fun. I choose workouts where the people talk to you while you do it, which distracts you from what you are doing. I also like to dance, and there are alot of nice workouts with kierra las shae and…
  • I am 5ft 7, currently at 167.2, goal weight range 150-155. Thats about a loss of 17.2 pounds in total. This should be easy, lost more weight than that before!!!1
  • Yes I know exactly how you feel. Its a real struggle when you realize that you are almost there. Just keep pushing, and the more steps you make forward, you will see how far you have come if you ever decide to look back.
  • Awesome Job!!! That is so worth being proud of! Keep it up!!!!
  • You look awesome hun!!!! Keep up the good work!!!!

  • My most recent non scale victory is having people telling me that I am losing weight and my stomach is so flat every day, and that I need to stop lol. They keep telling me that, and I know for a fact that the scale has not budged for awhile. It means that my body is making progress and getting more lean, even when the…
  • I am 5 ft 8 at 158.4 pounds. i still feel like I could go a little lower like around 150 pounds. People have been telling me dont lose anymore weight, but I know exactly how I want to look and feel. They dont decide that :).
  • dairy products, almonds, cashews, nut butters, avocados, peanut butter, cheese, poultry, chia seeds
  • I was tired of being tired, and suffering from low self esteem. I had never been skinny in my life, and I accepted the challenge. I thank God everyday that I never gave up on me. I could not be happier right now. I still have some vanity weight that I want to lose :).
  • Ohhh yes I agree with all you guys out there saying peanut butter is awesome!!! The only thing I don't like is that it makes me eat alot more bread than usual, which would then take me over my calorie intake for the day. Other than that I eat it with weetabix, and spread it on apples for a quick snack.
  • Yes I do!!! I thought I was the only one struggling with that. I normally pre-log all the food that I am having during the day, which is well under my calorie goal. When I get home after work, I just get the urge to eat stuff. Like for eg. last night I got home, and I ended up eating some curried potatoes with chicken that…
  • Another plus to these workous is that they are not very long at all, and you see results very quick.
  • I think you can try yoga pilates with ellen barrett on youtube, and if you want to really have some fun dancing you and losing inches you should try my favourite girl "Tiffany rothe workouts". There is also one called "Reduce Tummy", and it is awesome with lots of stepping and dancing to burn those calories in a fun…
  • Welcome to my fitness pal. You can add me if you like, and I can show you some links to some great workouts where you can burn lots of calories. I can also help keep you motivated on your journey as well. All the best to you! You can do this!
  • Awesome!!! What is the diabetes diet? Can you shed some light on that please? Want to know if I should try it to break through my plateau!
  • That is the exact question I wanted to ask? Can you please share that source about yo-yoing weight being a killer? Thanks in advance.
  • There is also two other moves you could try. They are called donkey kicks, and fire hydrants. I found these on a youtube video to get a brazalian butt lift!!
  • I think you should start adding some lunges in there as well. Squats are really good, but if you want to keep your butt nice and popping, do some lunges and dead lifts. Start with light weights, and gradually increase it. You will definitely see the difference. The dead lifts once done correctly should have no effect on…
  • when I watch extreme weight loss edition, and I see morbidly obese people lose hundreds of pounds in one year. This makes me get off my butt everyday, because I am nowhere close to being morbidly obese. If they can do it, why the hell can't I!!! I also dont want to have the same low self esteem I had, when I was obese :).
