Eat enough protein, lift weights, eat at a slight deficit, and your bf Will come down. Weight loss doesn't necessarily mean you are losing fat. Do it right and you should lose mostly fat, and little muscle.

4 eggs every morning. Love em!

Both without question. They is a huge difference between just losing weight and actually being "fit". Cardio is excellent for your heart. Weight training will help you gain muscle, and look better once you lose the weight so you don't look deflated. Next time you go to a serious gym look at the people who do nothing but…

Find something that works for you and be consistent. We will all likely have differing opinions, but the most important thing you can do is be consistent with what you do. As long as your calorie intake is below what you burn you will lose weight. I personally think diet and exercise along with weighing what I eat and…

many people have different opinions, but a general rule is 0.8 grams to 1 gram per pound of lean body mass.. For example, if you weigh 120 lbs you would ensure you reach 120 grams each day (if you are sitting toward the higher end.

Despite what some say it is possible to lose fat and gain muscle at the same time. I've been doing it for a while. It's called recomp. The reason most say it's not possible is because it's not easy. If you are in too much of a deficit you will lose muscle, so it's a matter of finding that sweet spot for calories, and…

Ditto. Eat at a slight deficit, exercise, log everything you ingest into MFP. Just enjoy the journey and enjoy the small accomplishments. Unfortunately, there is no way to focus your fat loss in a particular area. All we can do is work to lose fat and it will come off from where it wants to.

As you continue your weight loss your curves will continue to improve and the "pear" shape you refer to will begin to change. Exercising will help you look even better as you reduce fat and increase muscle. That being said... I am very impressed with what you have accomplished. You are looking great! Remember that it takes…

You got this Eboni! :-)

I think your desire to eat healthy is great! My suggestion is to do your best to keep away from sugary carbs if you are trying to eat healthy, but no need to avoid carbs in general. My suggestion is to eat healthy foods, eat below maintenance (throw in exercise if you want) and you will do great. My diet is nearly 50…

If you figure it out let me know. I would love to know. ;-)

It's all just math. If you eat 500 calories below maintenance every day of the week, and then have a cheat DAY you will likely erase everything you have worked for all week. Why not have a cheat MEAL and keep it still lower in calories. Or better yet, don't consider foods good and bad and just stay below your calories…

I have both in my pantry. Steel cut is a bit healthier, but to me rolled oats swell up more and are more filling. I was doing steel cut for a while, but went back to rolled. In my opinion they are easier to prepare anyway.

I just made a life decision for myself to never wear one. Just a personal preference though I guess...

Everyone, she is only 14.

everyone is correct. You can eat anything you want as long as you are in a calorie deficit. However, you will find that if you feel your calories with too many cookies for example you will be starving throughout the day from Hunger. Experiment, and you will find healthier options that allow you to eat a lot more and still…

yep, just keep going. you can exercise your core, but it won't do you any good visually if you have excess fat covering it up. just keep losing weight and they will come off in time. don't expect it to happen quickly though. That area of the body for many is the last place to go, myself included.

Roto-Rooter.

Find your TDEE and eat a little below. Weigh everything. Be consistent. Ensure you have adequate protein intake, and I also strongly suggest resistance training regularly. You seem to be doing good so far. No magic pills unfortunately, but keep at it and you'll do great!

It's nice to see this kind of post. Great job!

Then what are you going to do after the ten days? If it's not sustainable in the long run you will just end right back up where you started. Just eat right, don't limit anything, but be smart about it, track your calories, and exercise. No fancy diets about it.

Eat less exercise more. Consistency.
