Hi there, just a suggestion but the next time you feel like binging log the calories you are going to eat and go for a walk or swim until you have enough calories burnt that you can eat the food you want - you will then either enjoy a guilt free treat or feel better form he walk and the endorphin's released that you don't…

Fun to do but just not the burn I've been used to! Done Upper focus, Dynamic core and speed 2 this weekend (and loved it) so going to re-do beta cycle and…

Started at Dent station, straight up Great Knoutberry Hill (original plan had been to follow the path around the hill side but thought "sod it!" and walked u and over the top) and then under the viaducts and along river and moor land to Whernside,…

Weigh everything you eat! I found out the hard way that what i thought was about 30grams of cheese was more like 100grams! :open_mouth:
-
@RachelRiley87 start low with the weights, you can always buy heavier ones at a later date as you increase body strength :) best to do lower weights and go through the full range of movement for each rep than risk pulling a muscle

My advice is to just see how you feel, if you start feeling lethargic then bump your calories up until you have enough energy to really give it your all :)

Gettign married in Greece in September! Cant wait, good luck ladies!

Interesting to see which workouts are everyone's favorites and most hated, despite having more strength in my lower body, I hated doing lower focus, but I love doing speed 2, i like the fast pace and that there is no time to get bored with moves. I borrowed hip hop abs to try after t-25, i'm going to try and mix it up with…

@motivatedsister I don't seem to have lost much weight pounds wise but the inch loss is noticeable, I'm comfy in clothes that were tight before starting and wearing old clothes in a lower size ^_^ the warmer weather is making salads more appealing which is definitely helping! @50extra welcome to the thread! Keep us updated…

Hi Real149, take your measurements now and keep taking them every week, the inch loss will help motivate you! I'm down a dress size and reacquainted with my hip bones on week 7  As far as food goes try swapping normal potatoes for sweet potato, tablespoons of oil for one cal spray etc and weigh everything that you…

I use these... http://www.sportsdirect.com/usa-pro-hand-weight-761987?colcode=76198799 They are cheap enough to buy the heavier ones for later on but at the moment 2kg in each hand is enough for my tiny muscles! My thighs and bum are in better shape (all those squats!) My hip bones are back and I'm not bloating any more…
