Was only effective when it contained ephedra which has since been banned. God knows what they put in it now but I bet its not as effective. Don't get placebo motivation from a pill, get it from within yourself.

I was at 300, now I'm sub 225 Nothing is impossible and remember consistency is key.

Depends on how often you use that workout and what way. I'd say 6-10 weeks. e.g. reps can be switched between high and low rep ranges as well as fast and slow reps. A clear tell tale sign is that you stop loosing weight (like you mentioned), that normally means it's time to switch up the routine as your body has gotten…

Next they'll tax people loosing weight for CO2 emissions

The slower you loose weight, the better it is to avoid cliffhangers. Dramatic weight loss leads to saggy skin from my experience over the years and the older you are the worse it gets.

For my wedding as I know I'll keep looking back at those pictures forever. I was at my largest as I graduated and I hate looking back at my graduation pics.

I suffer from Anxiety also and what makes it worse is when I stop going to the gym for a while and then start back up. It always takes me a couple weeks of gym when I start back up for it to settle and for me to get used to going again and ignoring others around me.

Eat more often throughout the day. Eating all your calories in one meal is a recipe for disaster. This is not scientific and I have no proof but when I used to binge, my stomach used to stretch so much I felt sick so if you eat more often throughout the day, I'm assuming your stomach should never stretch as much. It should…

Wish you the best of luck!

Don't focus on the 100 lb total, take it step by step, day by day and then its easier to digest. Make targets of 10 or 20 lb as they don't seem as daunting as 100. Soon enough you'll be well on your wheeey to loosing 100 lb

I just have hot water with natural sweetness in it like a little honey, jasmine, lemon or mint.

Every tried HIIT cardio? The afterburn effect means you'll burn more in less time doing it. It also builds strength due to explosive bursts

Most even put on weight in their first month so don't stress about it. You probably have lost weight but your body has also built muscle from the exercise also and even swollen a little. Don't worry you won't turn into a bodybuilder, the muscle was built as a result of you probably not using it before. As time goes by you…

Well done! You've done great so far! If you check out my profile pic you can see I lost almost 40kg/88lb the first time I lost weight. Even after loosing so much, I still felt like the same person. No extra energy, no confidence and not happy with myself. I guess this was why I have put on another 10kg/22lb since. You know…

I log every day, feel free to add me

Are you stretching enough after exercise? I used to get tight hammys and now I stretch them every morning and night and it sorted the issue for me.
-
I get eye twitches when I've had more than 2 coffee's a day but with pre-workouts which have more than that, I'm fine with

I didn't get a notification even though I signed up for one with different emails but still got nothing. Ordered mine yesterday but there seems to be a backlog of orders now as it states it ships in 1-2 weeks

Have you just started FocusT25? Are you getting enough protein? When you start a new regime it'll take your body time to adjust. The weight you gained will probably be muscle that you have gained in order to deal with FocusT25. Don't worry as it will settle and then your weight will start dropping again in a few weeks.
