I do IF and fasting that I learned from Dr. Fung. In 3 months (Oct to Dec 2021) I lost 20 lbs. Put back on 5 lbs over the holidays, and am now just finishing up a 48 hour fast. 5'2" 165 lbs- I started at 180 lbs--then stopped in March & and today restarting. Goal is to be around 125 LBS--so I have a ways to go.

The motivation waves, and it does get hard. I have a photo of myself at my largest on the refridge with the saying under it, "nothing tastes as good as skinny feels". It helps me take that step back and realize my goal.

I am also not an avid workout person & my knees are not good. However given that, I do try to get in a 20 minute walk daily. I have been searching low calorie foods. This site is great for helping with the counting of the calories. Personally, I will make up a dish for 8 servings and eat the same this for 1 week. By friday…
