4/5-147.6 4/17- 146.8 4/25 - 147.6 5/1 - 146.8 Down 1 lb from last week... although, it sure would be nice to get below this. Need to focus on drinking more water! I've been bad about that.

4/5-147.6 4/17- 146.8 4/25 - 147.6 Up 0.8 pounds. Guess the only thing I can do, is try to do better. If I can just get in the 130's at the end of this challenge, I will be thrilled.

4/5-147.6 4/17- 146.8 Loss of 0.8 lbs. Guess it's better than nothing. I've been busier than usual this week, so my diet has not been the best. Next week will be great! :)

Hmm, I thought I added my weight to the spreadsheet on Monday, but it's not there. And I can't add it. I'm on a desktop, so I'm not sure what the problem is. Goingforahundred, I sent you a message. Thank you!

Great job, that is awesome! Sorry for your the loss of your father, though.

I agree! I always go in all or nothing and find myself getting burnt out very quick. Got to find that happy medium. Thanks for the advice!

Love it, thanks for posting!

Start weight for challenge - 147.6 Challenge goal weight - 127.6 Kids just went back to school today, after a 2 week spring break... so this is perfect. I expect to lose 3-4 pounds the first week... after that is when it gets hard. Good luck everyone!

Love it... So true

Also, I will put in my starting weight when we get closer to starting this one.

Ok, Maybe I can actually stick to this one. I do much better when the weather is nice! So I'm hoping I will be more motivated this time around

Haha... Just realized I totally copied and pasted twice. You get the point. Lol

Welcome! And good luck :) Good job on giving up caffeine... that would be very hard for me too!

Yep, I'm thinking the same thing. Starting is the hard part. So, it's all about NOT stopping! That's my biggest down fall... a few days of not working out, plus a few days of eating bad - makes it hard to get back into the groove. We can do it though! Everyday is a new day.

Kayjosh, I am in the SAME boat! I think we need to tell our mind to get out of our bodies way (got that from Dolvett on Biggest Loser). It's a mind thing.... And we need to shut it up!
-
I sure will, thank you!

I may or may not be able to do mine this month because I have painful shin splints. I actually don't even know what to do for them. I'm thinking maybe just taking it easy on the treadmill and focus more on my circuit training.
-
That's awesome Kayjosh... very beautiful! I'm looking forward to just feeling lighter on my feet, and being lean!

I have been HORRIBLE. Valentines Day/Anniversary... plus, when my hubby is home, I do worse (he has a weird schedule). I haven't…

Oh cool! I like that. Thanks for sharing!

This is great!
-
And just think, it will be here before we know it... And we'll be so happy we stuck with it!

Yes to all those! Lol. New workout gear.... And definitely pics

Way to go on giving up drinking alcohol! You're taking the right steps :) Give your body time to adjust, and drink lots of water! Eat small meals 5-6 times a day. I've noticed by eating smaller meals, my stomach can't even hold a large meal anymore, I feel so full! But, the best thing I have noticed works for me, is eating…

You're doing great! Weight does not define us... and it doesn't necessarily show progress. You got this! :)

Jan. 1 - 150 lbs Jan. 9 - 146.4 lbs Jan. 17 - 145.8 lbs Jan. 24 - 143.4 lbs Jan. 31 - 144.2 lbs I am up 0.8 pounds and I am totally ok with it! I knew last week after a 2.4 pound loss that I would probably gain. I can't even be mad, because I feel thinner... and I feel great! I know it's a process and it's still working.…

Great point! Thank you.
