Since I have already lost a lot I will post my old pic from 2013 and my new one from this year. I still have a few more to go but will get there soon! I'm 5'2. 2013: 136 lbs 2014 and current: 112 lbs

I'm on the second week! I love it. It's so much fun. Sometimes I feel like I'm dying but I just keep going. In 10 days I've gotten some arm muscles.

Totally normal! Had the same thing happen to me. Could barely lift a cup. I worked out anyway and stuck to my program, occasionally doing the low intensity version. 6 days later I was no longer that sore and 10 days later I had to work really hard to get sore!

Im short...5'2. All the fat centers in the middle. I want to drop a couple more inches off my waist, so that's dropping fat. I would say probably another 4 pounds. But the actual weight isn't that important to me, it's how i ultimately look. Idc if by the end Im 120, as long as i achieve the look I want.

Yes I want more muscle and less fat. I just read about how "toning" isn't really a fitness word. I just meant I want muscles to show and I want them to grow. Not like crazy but I'm not afraid to look like I am strong.

I tried stupid diets like 10 times before I realized diets never work. It's all about changing your eating habits and workout habits...for the long term. Would love to help each other out!
