  • TBH I set my goal at 2lb about 3 years ago when I started this so mfp gave me 1200 calories and never even thought to change it so maybe I’ve self sabotaging all this time....

  • I’m not yelling at everyone, just people who have trolled my previous posts suggesting I’m an idiot so sorry if I came across that way to others it’s just a couple I’m frustrated with. I know how to do mfp it’s the bit inside me that urges me to eat crap that I just wondered if other people had the same that’s all

  • I put effort in, I cook fresh meals everyday I plan what I want to have most of the time but just have binge episodes that I can’t stop
  • I’m typically within my calories some times over but not drastically... I’m staying the same weight atm but not losing however I’m still always under 2000 calories.. my allowance is 1200
  • TBH I have just been reading up on binge eating disorders and food addiction because I’ve had this problem all my life, I can quite easily go and eat crisps, chocolate, donuts ect all in one day on top of my 3 meals even though I don’t want to, I just can’t stop it.
