I have lost 23 pounds and I notice no difference yet. My SW was 280 so I know it will be awhile before anyone can notice a difference. It definitely gets me down from time to time though.

Bad cholesterol is down from 172 to 117 without any meds!

I also on Meds for the anxiety. I have definitely found that eating better and exercising had really helped. It amazes me how many people struggle with this as well. It feels very lonely when you are in the middle of an anxiety attack or a depressive episode.

It was not the doctor telling me I had high cholesterol, or high blood pressure, but rather feeling like I was going to die after walking u the stairs to the observatory on vacation with my daughters. I came home, joined the gym, and cleaned out the fridge and snack cabinet.

5'7" 270 and a very large butt have me in a size 22. A few years ago I was about 235 and still in a 20 due to the big butt!

Did not get my exercise in yesterday, a migraine stopped me in my tracks. Just for today (1/17/15): 1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water 2. Eat breakfast 3. Get to the gym

I am incredibly proud to say that I won this battle today. I allowed myself a 45 minute nap while my daughter was at Kindergarten, but that was it. I even went to my scheduled 1st appointment with a personal trainer!!

You just summed up my life in a nutshell. I eat the same way. I have admitted to myself and my husband that I have a problem. I am determined to change my life for the better. It is an exhausting cycle and I am sick of letting it control my life.

I did my first healthy eating grocery order today and saw quite an increase in cost. These are some great ideas for next time.
