When I had roommates that would not stay out of my stuff I got a mini fridge for my bedroom. Kept the things I did not want them to eat or drink in it. You could get a mini fridge and then keep your door locked.

Day one was a success:) day 2 is looking good as well. On my way to the gym now. I was really wanting a coffee today!! Feels good that I stuck to my goals and did not give in. Good luck on tomorrow everyone!!! :)

1. Log in 100% of my calories every day / eat healthy . 2. 30 mins of cardio 3. No Coffee or Alcohol for 3 days :) I'm ready to get started :) I'm going on a beach vacation in March, 3 day goals will be a great way to help me stay motivated and on track with my fitness goals between now and then.
