I'm still with the group too. I have been posing in the wrong place but have been going strong except for the past week. I know what I need to do and just have to not be discouraged by a minor setback. Let's all finish strong! Peace, Jeff

July 13: ME: 5* LNS: 8 Had a horrible weekend stress wise - a long story that I won't get into - but I'm back on track for today. Each day is another opportunity to succeed! ;) Best of strength to everyone! Peace, Jeff

Lisa, did you mean you'll be back next Thursday, the 16th? Enjoy your time away in the boonies! I'll be thinking about you (feeling a little jealous that I'm not camping too! - miss those days...) Have a good time! It's always good to be away from internet access now and then. ;) Peace, Jeff

July 9th: ME: 3* LNS: 6 One day at a time... :)
-
July 8: ME: 2* LNS: 6 It's no surprise that the only two days I have logged my food are also the nights when I did not snack beyond my goals. Got to keep logging I guess! Thanks for setting up this challenge! ;)
-
I have not logged in a while and it really shows. I'm scared to weigh myself because I know it can't be good. Me: 7 LNS: 21* I'm very stressed lately and I am turning to food for comfort. Things will change for me when I am ready and able. Until then, I will keep exercising, the one constant in my life. I'm very impressed…
-
June 18th: Me: 6 LNS: 12* It's been a rough month for me. Haven't made time to log my food but to my credit, I have still been exercising most days. When I don't log my food, my appetite seems to know no bounds. Hopefully, I'll get back in the habit and improve my score a bit... :/ Nice to see so many doing well this…

June 9: ME: 3* LNS: 6 OK, anniversary celebratory eating is over, Now, the streak begins! ;) Nice streak you got going there! Stay strong!
-
June 7: ME: 2 LNS: 5* Probably ate my calorie quota just in guacamole, chips and salsa. Dinner was excellent (Chile Verde, rice and beans and corn tortillas-- enjoyed it thoroughly with only a little guilt. Overeating doesn't happen often enough to matter and tomorrow it's back to logging food and exercise again. I'm…

June 5: ME: 2 LNS: 3* My 26 year anniversary with my partner is on Monday. We're going out to eat on Sunday night at our favorite Mexican Restaurant with some friends and probably another special dinner on Monday. I'm already planning ahead for those days. I'll eat very healthy breakfasts, probably will skip lunch or have…

June 4: ME: 2 LNS: 2* Like so many others, I'm good all day then I seem to blow it all at night. One possible solution could be to eat dinner a little later than I normally do. Instead of the usual 4:30 p.m. dinner, maybe I can eat at 6:00 instead? I also think that I deprive myself of too much during the day hoping to…

June 3rd -- ME: 2 LNS: 1* snacked on junk food all evening... :s Tomorrow is another day!

June 1st - - ME: 1* LNS: 0 Thanks for setting this up again, Lisa! I'm going to do better this month... Best of STRENGTH to everyone!
-
May 31st: Me: 13* LNS: 18 I didn't do as well as some of you but... I have re-committed to June's challenge! See you there! ;)
-
May 28th: Me:12 LNS: 16* Sorry I have been incommunicado the last week or so. I got so discouraged with myself for giving into temptation so many nights. I need to purge the kitchen of all this junk food that I love so much. I keep telling myself it's okay to eat it as long as I limit my portions to something reasonable…
-
May 20th: ME: 9* LNS: 11 I am determined to make it a winning month!
-
May 18th: ME: 8 LNS: 10* NO excuses; I just ate too many cookies! I'll do better tomorrow now that I got my fill of them... p.s. new dog (Emily) is doing fine - already made herself at home! Taking her for a walk tomorrow.
-
April 17th: ME: 8 LNS: 9* I didn't login yesterday so I missed my streak that I had going. I also didn't log today either. My partner and I adopted/rescued a racing greyhound. Her name is Emily and she's about 2 1/2 years old. Although she has been in a foster situation, she'll still learning about living in a home instead…

May 13th: Me: 7* LNS: 6 One day it's easy, the next not so easy. I am ahead for the month though. And ever so slowly losing some weight. Peace, Jeff :)
