Oh my dear, I'm so embarrassed!
I noticed I made the same mistake in April's title too, for the challenge. I can't figure out how to delete the second "no." I'll remind myself to fix it for June. I agree, though, the challenge would be much easier to say no to no snacking, meaning yes to LNS. And what's worse is that I type and proofread for my job! Yikes!!

This was a tough day. 220 calorie over my limit and poor food choices. Tomorrow is my weekly weight in and a know I will be disappointed. Well I did do my workout so that counts for something. Good bye 13 day streak.

It helps if I drink hot tea, or if I have a sweet tooth fruit helps. Plus I've tried even having dinner as late as 6:30 so you won't be hungry!!!!0 -

You need a distraction. Get more involved with your hobbies; stay busy. I also stop and think; am I hungry or just want the snack. It's working so far. Good luck. Stay strong.0 -
