Today has been 10 months since joining MFP and I hit 90 pounds lost at my weigh-in today. This thread has certainly been a big help for keeping my nights on track and helping me take it to the next level. Watchout 100, here I come!

Congrats on your success on MFP! Some people think this is a diet but it's not its a life long journey.

LNS kills me. I all in. I just completed my treatment for cancer. The cancer is gone and I know that sugar is cancers friend so I am in this challenge to help me get off chocolate and other sweets at night that I crave thank you

Had dinner at 7pm last night and then made the mistake of going for a brisk walk (my daily goal of 30 min)... woke up at 1am ravenously hungry... just made a beeline to the kitchen and before I knew it I was stuffing my face with zucchini noodles and a kulfi stick :(

To *compensate* I am fasting today until lunch (just been drinking water). And will stick to cardio before dinner, not after!

I did my first weigh in and lost 5.4 lbs.
A lot of the credit goes to sticking to this challenge of no LNS.

Joining last, I was telling my husband yesterday that I think I eat the same calories from 7pm - 10pm, as I do from 7am - 7pm!! :o

Can't believe how motivated the idea of posting this the next day keeps me. So simple yet so powerful to helping me resist those LNS (well except from last night!)
