If it's healthy and your within your calorie goal, I say you can count it for sure!

Hi Jasenfors! BRae325 is right. Your late night is whatever you want it to be. I, too, think the veggies and sour cream is fine, especially if you have the cals for it. I tried to set a clock hour, e.g. 1900, to stop my late night snacking, but for me that sometimes doesn't work, especially if it's on a weekend and I haven't had dinner yet. Your rules. This is just encouragement to help all of us curb those late night munchies.0 -

Thanks for the advice! I am not going to include a healthy snack (such as the red pepper strips I just ate) as LNS. I am trying to stop the mindless chip and popcorn eating!

For those of you that are struggling with your score, take note, there is still plenty of time in the month to get things turned around - you can do it!
Make sure you aren't setting up unrealistic or worse, unnecessary rules for yourself. Other than that, you just need to decide and then do it!
The success of this is almost entirely a mental thing. Your brain is a powerful weapon, you just need to take control of it and tell it what you want. If you truly decide, it won't let you fail. You are in control!0 -
