It says I’ve had 49g carbs 59g protein and 83g fats I’ve still got cals to eat but don’t get hungry no more 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️

Hey! I'm same, stopped using if for a while as got lazy! Got into bad habits lately eating what I want! Luckily not put a lot of weight on but need to take control now before it gets ridiculous

Hi sweetheart.... Look! Fad diets do not work!! You need balance! Carbs are NOT bad! Protein veggies and carbs is all you need !! As well as good full body workouts! Deadlifts, squats, bench press, cleans... All work your abs and core so no worrieng about doing 1000 crunches!
