  • Have you worn one? How many steps did you take in a day? Just wondering! I am 66 and when I started I could barely do 5,000 and it is a LOT of work for me to get 8,000 - 10,000 steps in a day.
  • Me too so I use weight watcher points http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/ww-points-allowed/ this is where I figured my points and then I use http://www.calculatorcat.com/free_calculators/weight_watchers_calculator.phtml to calcuate my points from MFP. Hope this helps you.

  • I got my Garmin to sync with MFP but I walked 5000 steps and it showed on MFP I only burned 23 calories. What's with that?

  • I am doing a low carb diet. 20 carbs a day and 1,100 calories. Everyone is on a different diet on here it seems. You can look at other peoples diary and it will show you what they are eating. You may just want to cut down your calories. Just write down on here everything you eat and let it be a guide for you to get started.
