  Me too so I use weight watcher points http://www.healthyweightforum.org/eng/calculators/ww-points-allowed/
  this is where I figured my points and then I use http://www.calculatorcat.com/free_calculators/weight_watchers_calculator.phtml
  to calcuate my points from MFP.
