YouTube is awesome for workout videos. Including "beginner" in your search will help you find the type videos you are probably looking for. If there's something you can't keep up with at the moment, just march in place. Give yourself a couple weeks and you will be amazed with what you're capable of!

I read something on pinterest that said I don't need a personal trainer, I just need somebody to follow me around and slap unhealthy foods out of my hand. I need that! Hah! Second best thing, I need lots of people to fuss at me when too many unhealthy foods show up in my diary!

I don't follow any weight loss program. Too many restrictions and rules to live by for this girl right here, haha. I prefer just trying to make healthy choices and eat my favorites (that aren't the healthiest) in moderation. Simple swaps and changes can add up to make a big difference.

It's official. I am currently obsessed with avocados. I tried cooking them in the oven with an egg and they are awesome! My plan was to eat half for breakfast and half for lunch, but I ate the whole thing! So much yum.

That's it. I'm buying more avocado after work and I am making that for breakfast in the morning! Also, I didn't realize they freeze well. Good to know!

I'm in the same boat and this was the answer I was sure to find. I absolutely hate any form of strength exercises. I will do cardio all day long. But despise strength. I guess I will just have to put on my big girl panties and get over it and do it anyway
