If you are just now going to start working legs I would not do all of that volume for at least a few weeks. Back it way down. And when you say cardio what kind of cardio? If you are just getting into legs they will be too sore sometimes for heavy cardio. Start with a basic leg routine. Three or four sets of 10 (squats/leg…

Wow you took this to a whole new level. How much time does that spread sheet take you. I would stress too much if I did all of this.

Your making progress and that's good. However 1200 calories at your weight seems low. Are you tired a lot? A good, rule of thumb is you should eat the same amount of calories until you stop losing weight for a 10 day period. Add me and shoot me a message I'll help with what I can.

How many calories do you need and what ratio of macros (carbs/Protein/Fat). So when I plan my meals I plan on how much I am going to eat at each one. so for…

Have you ever considered pool classes? They are really good on the joints and you still get a pretty good workout. I would also contact some of your local gyms and see if they have the "silver sneakers" program. My Gym has them and it's a class for seniors where they really help those who may have mobility issues workout.

Welcome and Good Luck!!

It just makes it handy to log your food. It takes some work and every food you will not find. I find it easier to lose if you plan your meals ahead.

Feel free to add me. Good luck to everyone working towards your goals!
