I was on it last year and lost 20 pounds and have kept it off. Still have to lose a bunch more but it was a great jump start under my doctor's supervision:)

I've gotten the Apple Watch too. Use the workout app and make sure you get your heart rate up because that is how it counts as an exercise minute. It's taken some getting used to for me but I log my workouts and am not too uptight about if the ring shows I've done 30 min cause I know I have been active. And it still counts…

I've lost 28 pounds in 3.5 months by not cutting out anything totally but just tracking calories and exercising. I have a major sweet tooth and know if I cut it out totally I will just want it more. So, I let myself have a little bit and stay under my calories. So I get my fix but don't over do it. Feel free to add me. :)

I'm 29 and have about 70 more pounds to lose. I had surgery for endometriosis 2 months ago and am now feeling well and working hard to get the weight off now that I can actually function. Add me! It's so much more fun doing this with others :)

You go girl!!!!! I'm trying to lose about 80 pounds after being so sick for several years. It's hard being chronically ill and trying to lose weight but I had surgery 2 months ago and so I am doing better. Anyway, keep up the good work. I'm 29 so I will add u:)
