I live in central Australia and sell Aboriginal art, apart from the usual ants and grubes, the most strangest thing for me wallaby. (Its like a small kangaroo), but this was one was fresh, still warm, just been killed and hung up like a bat for me and others to carve bits off of...no kitchen, ust a bench on a hot summer…

I too have noticed that with my weight loss my libido has gone through the roof, even my female work colleagues have commented on how some female customers have seen more interested in me than what they are buying. I doubt if its true, but coming from a woman who has noticed kinda gives your ego a boost. Even if it is only…

I think you need to set realistic goals, and once u see the scales moving down, it gives you encouragement......now that that is out of the way, just get to it, u started this yourself because u want to change. Well ok then, no one else can change u, you need to do it....come on champ, get going....u are what u put in to…

I would have maybe 3 or 4 cans over a whole year because for some reason I find they make me incredibly thirsty afterwards, they do nothing for my thirst. I only drink them for something different, its overwhelmingly water that I drink. To answer your question, its better than a regular soda, but if you could drop a few…

I too use an exercise bike for 20 to 30 mins at a time, and the figure you said fits in pretty well with what my bike estimates. a 30 min session can be about 330 or so as I try to keep a resoanble pace. When I go to enter it into MFP its not that far off the MFP guesstimate either, maybe 10 - 15 calories, not a huge deal.…

I am similar, when I have green tea its usually in the morning with cinnamon, and then a sleepy time type of tea at night to help me get to sleep. As I have problems getting to sleep, always have. And then during the day drink a minimum of 2 litres of water a day excluding the tea. You finding any benefits from the…

I drink it as well, a mug or two a day but I double up on the tea bags as I like it strong and let them sit for about 5 minutes. In my morning cuppa, I also add a teaspoon of cinnamon. Before everyone laughs, I dont mind the taste and there is anecdotal evidence it halps your metabolism as well as other things. So I…

well, so far I have lost 15 kilos, and have another remaining 32 kilos as my target and will see from there what happens, but I reckon that will be it for me when I get there. Dont think keeping at that level will be hard, cos I kept at the same weight for about a year, and have just restarted again (after christmas day of…

heres one of the other men, not new though, started August 2011. I lost 7 kilograms before I found MFP, then lost another 5 then stayed about that level up until a week or so ago. Lost another 3 since then as my determination has found me again. I log everyday, but I dont alwways "complete my entry" as others then comment…

I was actually planning to go buy one tomorrow, but not sure how it helps you sleep or track sleep patterns?? Seems a bit of a stretch and a sales gimmick....does it actually benefit sleep and understanding sleep patterns?

nothing really it always ends in us fighting [/quote] Well then, time to think about a change. If 2 adults who supposedly love each other to get engaged can't talk, discuss or even work through an issue like this without fighting.....whats the point of being together?...really......do both yourselves a favour....
-
well, since you have discussed this before with him, what did he say when you asked(I assume something like)"why do you need to see your mates so much?" he knows how i feel about this we have gone through it before. things get better for awhile after we talk but they end up going back to the way things were before.. and…

Not all men are the same, but some can't step out of the circle they are in and look back at their actions. I know, because I was one of them and spent many years with some wonderful women, but always put work ahead of spending time with them. Now, I know you are talking about spending time with his friends, but its the…

I so very, very infrequently drink diet soft drinks. I drink water at home and at work. But, I recently bought a bottle of diet lemonade at the petrol station(to get a bigger discount on my fuel) and I noticed the lemonade made me so incredibly thirsty. I had never really encountered anything like it. I was thinking this…

I have friends that know an ex girlfriend of mine from many years ago....she is still hot after all these years and whilst I know there is nothing in it, I want to be at least considered mildly attractive again. Oh, and I live next to an internationals backpacker hostel.....so even more reason to try....
