I've been really good with my exercise routine and getting back on track every Monday. My weekends are my biggest challenge as well as alcohol. Working on cutting back or eliminating alcohol on weekdays! I have also done great balancing my meals and cutting out most white bread and sugar.

@issy62087 amen sista! I did awesome this week but saw little movement on the scale. I managed to do sugar only one day (after drinking of course) it kept me up all night. I'm excited about the abs challenge as that is something I really want to work on. Go team 9! One week down.

Hi all, I'm Jen 30 and motivated to hit my goals. I've always tried to be healthy but now that I am trying to start a family it means so much more! I'm down to 140 from 156 in thanksgiving. Shooting for 130 and helping my siestas and cousin hit their goals too! Go Iss, cry, & latta!

Hi I'm Jen. 30yrs old 5'2" 140ish. Hit my first goal on VDay of 140. Now on to the next 10! Started at 156 end of November. I'm thinking I need to do a sprint triathlon to really kick my butt into high gear. If anyone has a similar goal message me. I like accountability.

Something different everyday! Monday's-kick or barre, Tuesday- personal training or Pilates, Wednesday-favorite spin class, Thursday-power(weightlifting class), Friday- barre. Run one day on the weekend. I aim to do 4-5 days a week. I'm at a breaking point but trying to stay motivated.

My goal is 138.8 to win a bet with a friend. Today I was 141.6, but my weigh in day is Monday and its always my highest. I have a few more tuff days ahead!
