i've decided not to focus on weight loss but trying out strong lifts and hopefully the weight will come off as an added advantage:)) I've also decided not to put my calories lost on MFP from cardio as a deterrent from eating the calories back. I hope to stick to it this month and see how it goes. Todays work out went well…

Although I've been working out, I started lifting as a major part of my workout today. Not much but i feel it's a good start. I signed up for my first 5K mud run-- Thinking of doing C25K. I work 12.5 days and he works 12.5 nights... it's our weekend to work so i won't see him til Monday Morning.. but we're going to reschedule valentines day :) It's not too big of a deal for us... with our schedule every time we're off it's like a holiday :0 lol corn ball. But hope everyone have fun and i hope your hubby…

I tried juicing, although it may be for other people, it was a nightmare for me. I lost 15 lbs in 5 days.... but i would have rather eaten healthier instead of depriving myself of food.
